Dr. Laganiere joined the college as adjunct faculty in 2017 for psych-mental health nursing and then full-time faculty in 2021. She is an alum of the Great Bay Nursing program. Dr. Laganiere has worked as a staff nurse in corrections and long-term care, psych-mental health nurse in homecare and as a Director of Nursing at a home health agency. She also works as adjunct faculty for UNH in psych-mental health nursing and serves on the NHNA Commission on Government Affairs. Dr. Laganiere is a member of ANA, NHNA, Sigma Theta Tau, and Eastern Nursing Research Society. Her favorite thing about working at Great Bay is “mentoring students and alumni to support nursing students throughout their careers, just as I experienced myself here when I was a student and alumni.” Her other interests include spending time with her family, knitting, doing outdoor activities, and weightlifting.
